Train attacking while players in the room

I've seen this happening more occasionally lately. I've seen it happen while i'm the tank, Morgak let me know he saw it, and now I just watched Morgak do it.

Rakkav hurls a sphere of swirling shadows at an Ashstone noble, engulfing you in darkness. The smothering shadows pull an Ashstone noble to the ground.

Is this still occuring? Potentially when it does, is perhaps the person already in the room anonymous / not listed if you type: @clist charname ?

I'll ping Morgak on steam and see if he's got Rakkav and Meeko listed in @clist. I'll do some runs and see if I can get a repro and if they are on @clist as well.
