New Layout - Group Size #307

old layout 1440 v13 layout 1440 New layout lumps all chars into the small font at bottom, where old layout had larger font for a portion of the group on the right, and made focusing on tanks much easier. As the group grows, it keeps pushing up the powers bar up and bumping into the other windows if you have them set up for max space usage.
