To get into 89220, worm to DK, walk down into Talratha Haszakkin, and go to 82398, kill wrestler, get pendant corpse, and give pendant to the other troll in 82398. Use that key in room 82393 to unlock the door that leads west into 89220.
Also, if you read this issue during this boot still, the E door from room 89231 rare loaded open this boot. There are 4 rooms east of there that you don't yet have. To get to 89231, go down from 89220/74878 (i.e. the room unlocked by the wrestler quest key), then once you get to the bottom (the temple roof), head all SW to 89222. There will be two doors in the way before you get to the next down exit. Those doors have a chance to open each pop. The zone pop is <3m so it shouldn't take you too long. Once you get to 89222, go down, wait for two more random pop doors on the way to 89231.
