It should actually lead to 89541. Note the exits in the picture below. That U exit should be updated. You can also see as I move U and D in the game (left window), it thinks I'm still in the same room 42822.
Likewise, the D exit in 89541 should be updated to 42822 as it also points to the same room (89541).
