An Underground River
Rapidly flowing through an underground channel is a river of tea-
colored water draining from the swamp to the north. The channel is
a simple tunnel through the clay-like mud of the jungle, held together
by dense nets of roots. This part of the river must be far underground
as there are no spaces open to the surface, and there is no available air.
A large buried boulder to the south causes the river to bend to the west
from here.
