Chrome Version 38.0.2125.104 on OSX 10.9.4 2.4ghz intel i7 8gb memory 1600mhz ddr3

I'm having the same issue. Also after a few seconds, the page crashes and Chrome prompts me to reload the extension.

Yes I didn't mention the crashing also and having to reauthorise the app. Possible issues are linked.
