Alternative to terminal / vscode devcontainers

We should separate the use of teleporter in two ways : the vm mode and the terminal mode.

• the terminal mode, student can use web terminal and vscode devcontainers to have a proper and common environment. It's attended for the student that can handler this approach (internally CDA, and advanced formations).
• the vm mode, student will all have preconfigured full fonctionnal windows manager (with vscode, terminal, browsers), and the vm can be controlled by other student / helpers / teachers. It's use webrtc (vm in browser).

Mode can be switched any time if needed without lose data or configuration, updating a local.env file.

My 2 cents about code-server not compatible with DevContainers (because of MS marketplace): we can use a VSCode in X server (like N.eko) and offers, sync, features like DevContainers & LiveShare within Teleporter and on classic desktop app. Also not fan about VM service in docker, at lease it should be really stresstested and more important on ARM systems.

yes the best of them in one should be cool but in this case the vscode n.eko becomes the critical point, n.eko should then run on mac M1/M2
