[Mod manager] window very laggy when lots of mods are installed #129

Issues include:

  1. slow scrolling
  2. High latency of the drag animation when dragging mods to re-order
  3. Extreme delay between releasing the mod being dragged and then window updating (Game pauses entirely while this runs)

I'm subscribed to around 100 mods.

this should be fixed in upcoming version 2.2.1.10 (currently is up as BETA for testing for patrons)

Performance for 100+ mods resolved in 2.2.1.34+ version (live in Steam)
