[DGSM] 3.6.2.16 interest points not working #136

The interest points are not working for me. No matter what negative or positive traits I use it never goes more than +7. I even tried using the exact traits as the game had without the mod but it didn't go past +7 even though the game without the mod had +12

Please check out options and informatin that was given to last release.
