Massive Lag when opening the mod options of Better Neural Vacillator #30

When Mod Manager is installed and I click the Options button for BNV, most of the options get cut off on the right side and the game starts lagging really badly. Closing the options window, Mod Manager will sometimes continue to lag when scrolling up and down after this happens. Opening the options of other mods, such as Raincheck, doesn't create this lag. I left a comment on BNV's workshop page about the issue as well.

Nvm, it lags even without Mod Manager installed. It must be a problem with BNV or the game itself. My bad.
