3 years ago there is no such a limit by default, you can set to spawn only care packages in settings tho instead of duplicants. check out your settings in config

lmk what you need, but the version I have of DGSM is limiting the total count of dupes to 12. Once I have 12 dupes, the mod stops letting dupes spawn via replicator.
