Migrate from Sqlite to Postgre #20

Added .env.example logic to avoid potential credentials leaks.
Updated Prisma schema and regenerated migrations.
Left an old Sqlite dev.db and migrations in case we need to switch back.
Updated Makefile and Readme to support new changes.

This PR should be merged right after https://github.com/O1SoftwareNetwork/repairs/pull/19 into master.
