Technician Dashboard #9

We're going to have a User UI, an Admin UI, and a Technician UI. The technician UI allows technicians to see details about their upcoming appointments, essentially a dashboard within information that helps them do the work effectively and efficiently. We simple need a path set up for the technician dashboard, then we'll begin to plan out the exact content of the Dashboard.

Whoever chooses to work on this feature, we've already added a technician path in the nex.tjs project. The dashboard page has been added. The first component we'll add to this Technician dashboard is a list of today's appointments.
