Concluding, this paper presents a synthesis about the issues of electronic publication of nomenclatural acts after the change introduced by the Melbourne Code of 2012. Contrary to most expectations in the age of internet, nomenclatural acts are not easily available, and the evidence presented here is compelling. The recommendations are nice but may lack teeth. The journal Plants, Peoples (plural because there are many human groups and many cultures on this sole planet), Planet may be a very suitable place where to publish this article, because it concerns a crucial matter of the interaction between plants and peoples: the rules of naming plants along universal principles and throughout human generations.
Some suggestions afore mentioned may help improve clarity of text of a paper that will be welcome by the plant taxonomists and much beyond.
