Batch Copying BIEs

To allow this, the process of setting the Business Context of the BIE to be copied needs to be removed. Users should manually change the Business Context of the copied BIE after the copying process is complete if it's necessary.

Batch Uplifting BIEs

To allow this, the process of mapping User Extensions to target BIEs needs to be removed. Users should manually map the relevant User Extension information after the uplifting if it's necessary.
