The website for spec.openapis.org is moving from gh-pages branch to the main branch on the OpenAPI-Specification repo. The files for the site will be contained within a docs/* structure.

I suspect we'll eventually make it a separate repo, so it would be good to design the changes with that in mind.

Also, over in OAI/sig-moonwalk, @darrelmiller has gotten vanilla ReSpec running, which would cut down on the infrastructure we all need to maintain.
