Links to tic-tac-toe-example do not work correctly

On several pages, the link to the Toc-Tac-Toe example does not work correctly, e. g.

• https://oai.github.io/Documentation/specification/paths
• https://oai.github.io/Documentation/specification/parameters

Links point to 'https://oai.github.io/examples/tictactoe.yaml' which currently gives a '404' response.

The 'Documentation' part is missing, the correct link is 'https://oai.github.io/Documentation/examples/tictactoe.yaml'.

See #54 - we're planning to set up a subdomain/CNAME of learn.openapis.org so these may need adjusting again anyway unless we link back to the raw github sources.

Ok, directly linking to github sources as done in #54 is hacky, I guess.
