User Story

As a tooling owner I want my tools to be available on a fully-functioning website Which is great to look at So that users of the site have a great user experience

Detailed Requirement

The site currently has - and has had for some time - a bug that is stopping pop-ups from working correctly. This needs to be resolved.

Then the general look-and-feel needs to be revamped to make it easier to read and navigate.
