e.g., language, resources available at UW, Diversity Handout Tool, DEI Strategic plan, how do we incorporate these into our day-to-day work activities?

Related to issues #21 , #22 , #29 , #31 , #36 , and #40

One idea is to have a Lunch & Learn where we can discuss a DEI-related paper, watch a short documentary, listen to a podcast episode, use one of the discussion kits (#29). These could occur on a bi-weekly basis (alternating Mondays and Tuesdays). I am happy to lead these and happy to coordinate with anyone else interested in volunteering.
