Develop new courses in collaboration with social-scientists across campus (CC, instructors)
This is largely be driven by individual faculty, but CC can help facilitate collaborations and provide input on syllabi.
Can be key component of new majors/minors being develop by SAFS

o SAFS Summer Study Abroad program in collaboration with Anthropology. PAC-ISLEs: Present Day and Ancient Connections between Island Societies and Local Ecosystems (Tornabene)
Develop new courses on our own (individual instructors, with review by the CC)

“Dark side of AFS” seminar course led by Jenny Gardner and Yaamini Venkataraman.
Evaluate existing courses in SAFS and find ways to introduce DEI/social-justice topics into existing courses (CC, instructors, collaborators/guest speakers from outside SAFS)
Be more intentional in directing our students the courses that already exist across our college (maybe revisit degree requirements for AFS or new majors/minors?). A list of such classes already exist at the College of the Environment website. (CC)
