Expand description on README or Wiki #13

Can you please expand upon group goals/aims in either the readme (preferably) or the Wiki?

I was linked to this through Twitter, and am not a local, so it isn't clear whether this group is targeting a broader audience than your physically local community.

Hi @TrashBirdEcology. I think the intention here is to create a space for (primarily) people from the UW College of the Environment to share open-science resources, ask questions, etc, but we're not trying to be exclusive of outsiders. That said, I agree we can/should update the readme with some more specific info.
