Introducing ./test etc. with initial Test World Data #300

@edewit all right, this could be a v1.0.0 of the new ("manual") ./test with initial Test World Data.

The r.0.0.mca at 2.85 MB is bigger than it was earlier today, this MAY just be because a made 1 wrong /tp to "too far away"... but I'm too lazy to recreate it. (If it's important to you, go ahead and pull this and redo it. If you are motivated to try, you'll find as I did that it takes a bit of time to make the /tp to look at the pig in the test.story have the exact right 5 numbers.)

Do you want to try this out, and merge if it works for you - and then extend it for Scratch?

Actually that's not because I made 1 wrong /tp to "too far away" it seems to be the minimal file size.
