Antoine, since a few moments I have the following message in the R console

I think the packages concerns are in the process of the level 3 and maybe we need to update them. Best, Mathieu

@TahaImz, @OceaneBouhineauIRD, @ClaraLerebourg, @theotimefily, @laurentfloch and @PhilippeSabarros be careful because these concern also maybe your scripts/packages

Just an update regarding this issue. The problem could also provide from the "attached" dependencies of the three packages cites above. Normally you should have additional warning in the R log console.

Lady @ClaraLerebourg and Lady @OceaneBouhineauIRD , I added you on this ticket because this problem should be also cause of trouble in our packages. If you have allready solve it, don't hesitate to share the solution :) Cheers, Mathieu

Personally, I don't believe I have this warning, but I only use the "sf" package to manipulate georeferenced data.

@Antoine-Duparc le ticket existe déjà pour mettre à jour les packages utilisés pour la représentation spatiale des données. J'ai vérifié sp, sf, adehabitatHR et automap sont toujours sur le CRAN et maintenus récemment, mais il faudrait remplacer raster par terra et essayer d'utiliser moins de packages si possible.
