VIN can't be detected #13

The comma crew has documented some of the challenges of getting the Kona EV VIN in https://github.com/commaai/openpilot/issues/23519

The only VIN response we've been able to get from the Kona is:

7EC10144902014F5345
7EC21565F5F20424D53
7EC2220000000000000

which translates to OSEV__ BMS.

We'll try to explore a few alternatives to identifying the vehicle via OBD including querying 0904 (Calibration ID) and 090A (ECU acronym + name) to get more potentially identifying information.
