Ideas page needs project contact info #3

Now that OBF has been accepted as a mentoring org for GSoC 2016 (yay!), students are beginning to ask what to do next. In past years I think we've told them to contact the mentoring orgs directly, and use gsoc@@mailman.open-bio.org for general questions.

Contact info for each project, to add under each project-level heading on the Ideas page:

BioPerl (& Biopython, BioRuby, BioJava) -- OBF project mailing lists
Bionode -- ?
CommonWL -- ?
Nextflow -- Paolo?
antiSMASH -- Kai?
ETE -- Jaime?

Good point Eric - @kblin makes sense for antiSMASH.
