I know, sorry. Not sure why I didn't catch them then. Perhaps too pressed for time, and was looking only for major issues.

Thanks, all, for your comments. I'm going to go ahead and merge this, but of course feel free to make further suggestions and we can merge in as needed.

Belated approval.

I note there are multiple places which are BCC2020 specific (dates and CoC references). I therefore expect this will either be a living document (under version control, updated every year), or could over time be whittled down to a quite static procedure by moving fluid content to separate pages or URLs. Either seems fine.
