I thought of a way to word this so that it's parallel to the other requirements.

Consider "runnability" instead of usability, maybe, since usability also refers to how easy an interface is to use - slightly overloaded term. Good point. I was not familiar with the term "runnability", but apparently it is a word, so let's use it!
