Changed font size for numbered and bullet list (issue #69) #76

Fixed the issue "Font too big in lists (bullet points or numbered) on OBF pages #69".

I think the font in numbered/bullet list is still bigger than the sentence before them, eg. perhaps this sentence "Two proposals were announced as pending submission to the OBF membership for a vote of approval:" on this page https://www.open-bio.org/2021/10/06/two-new-members-elected-to-obf-board/, should be bigger than the numbered list, while making the numbered list font a smaller than it.

I think this can be easily solved by changing the font-size of the paragraph in the style.css file. Can I make changes in this issue? @hzahroh
