Move link to recent minutes #90

Follow up on #89. Fixes </p> and tries moving the div later.

I've tried simply adding a post under the meeting minutes category. That seems to have worked; the slightly annoying bit is that in the excerpt the hyperlink to the GitHub repo is not actually active, so one has to click on "More" first.
