Some thoughts: having its own repo would be tidier, I agree. Might it be a little too dusty / empty at some points? Do we care? I did set the issue to automatically have a label applied to it. Either option sounds ok to me.
Good point, @yochannah. We don't expect to be flooded with member project candidates, so if applications stay within expectations, this would probably be a non-issue. So I agree, maybe the better approach is to revisit if and when it does become an issue.
this fixes the [EMAIL SOME EMAIL ADDRESS] issue mentioned in #45 and makes it a github tracker instead. May need tweaking as it's hard to test when on a branch - see https://help.github.com/articles/about-issue-and-pull-request-templates/
