I'd like to better understand which implied relationships can be returned from a typical web-based search that is ontologically aware.
For example:
If I have a search interface that is looking for treatments for "bone disease", should treatments for "idiopathic juvenile osteoporosis" be returned as well?
What are the limits here? Are the allowable assumptions for a search interface different than what is reasoned in a more formal way via a reasoner?
