Maybe update tutorials to use Protege 5.6?

The tutorials are currently written for Protege 5.5.

Not sure if the current changes break anything, but I imagine some of the workflows are now a bit different.

I had a cursory look at what would need updating. This is not exhaustive.

• [x] The entire page Installing ELK in Protégé is no longer needed now that Protégé 5.6.x includes ELK. The page may stay, but then should be amended to make it clear it is only needed for those who, for one reason or another, are still using Protégé 5.5.0.

• [x] The page about ID ranges should explain how Protégé can now automatically set up the ID range for a given user by exploiting the -idranges.owl file, if it exists.

• [x] Likewise for the page about Switching ontologies -- it’s now much simpler with automatic application of ID ranges, to the point that I am not even sure such a page is warranted anymore (but again, we can still keep it with an added mention that it only applies to Protégé < 5.6.x).

• [x] The page Contributing to OBO ontologies should indicate to download Protégé 5.6.1 (or, if we want to avoid having to update this page for every Protégé releases, “download the latest version”), and should no longer say to explicitly install ELK.

• [x] As an aside (not strictly related to the new Protégé release), the page Setup Protégé 5.5 contains instructions that contradict those given in Contributing to OBO ontologies: it still instructs to use http://www.geneontology.org/formats/oboInOwl#created_by and http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/date for new entities metadata, whereas it has now been decided to use http://purl.org/dc/terms/contributor and http://purl.org/dc/terms/date instead.

@gouttegd I don't see this in the OBO Foundry docs, I think maybe it has been fixed?

Indeed it seems to have been fixed in the meantime as part of PR #392.
