I have a spreadsheet that follows a design pattern (cell part of anatomy pattern). Can I use robot to do bulk inserts into an ontology (and then make a PR for review out of the result, for example)?

In particular, I have ETL development friends (users) that have a reoccurring pipeline that often makes post-composed terms that should be pre-composed in the Cell Ontology. They are curious about automating PRs to help speed up the process of term addition.
