Citing OBOOK #451

It would be great if we could cite OBOOK.

This can be accomplished by doing one or both of the following:

  1. Activate the GitHub-Zenodo plugin for this repository, create a release, and get a DOI from zenodo
  2. Add a CITATION.cff file (this can also be integrated with the zenodo plugin)

woaahh excellent. Then I would suggest a small addition to the README that mentions this and links to the zenodo object
