Add how to join Slack or monarch-tutorials mailing list in OBOOK #472

I wonder if it would be helpful to have a section with links on joining the Slack and/or monarch-tutorials mailing list with information on who to contact (me?) for questions on how to get added to the OBO Academy fortnightly calls in the OBOOK https://oboacademy.github.io/obook/

I know the Slack is linked on OBO Foundry and the link to join the Monarch Tutorials mailing list is on the Monarch Outreach page. But it may be nice to also have it in the OBOOK for easy reference for people.

I am not opposed to this! We need to find some people that help us with issues like this.. I need to spend more time recruiting folks :D
