COB cites BFO_0000041 as "immaterial entity" rather than BFO_0000141 #249

In COB itself and in the COB documentation, BFO_0000041 is cited as "immaterial entity", but in the BFO OWL file "immaterial entity" is BFO_0000141.

@khelm thank you for your issue!

The error was fixed (#233) in May or so last year, but unfortunately, the docs were not updated correctly.

The issue should be fixed here: https://github.com/OBOFoundry/COB/pull/250

I cannot find any mentions of the wrong IRI in the ontology files with

grep -r -l BFO_0000041 .

or GitHub search.
