In preparation for OBI's ongoing COB transition, we have identified a few object properties that OBI uses and that are either currently missing from COB or have nonstandard IRIs in COB. I'll be opening a few issues and making a few pull requests to fix these object properties.
First on the list is "realizes," which currently uses a newly-minted COB ID (COB:0000087) despite its inverse ("realized by") using a BFO ID in COB. For consistency with "realized by" and other RO/BFO object properties, "realizes" needs to be mapped to its BFO ID (BFO:0000055). I'll submit a pull request to make this change in cob-to-external.tsv.
