Add BFO ID mapping for "realizes" #253

Adds a line in cob-to-external.tsv to map "realizes" to its BFO ID, as is already done with "realized by." I didn't include any files on this PR other than cob-to-external.tsv and .owl, but if an updated version of cob.owl or any other files are needed, just let me know and I'll add those.

Closes #252.
