Nico and I are starting to migrate ECTO to odk. There is still a lot of work to do, but I would like to get some preliminary feedback.

The repo is here and the new patterns are in the dosdp-patters directory.

I would like to suggest that 'exposure process' be added as a subclass of 'process'. @cmungall thoughts?
