Add reason for obsoletion and suggested different ontologies in SEP metadata #1194

SEP is deprecated but there are json-ld contexts that refer to SEP classes, see https://github.com/stuchalk/scidata/issues/14

we should make it easier to migrate from deprecated/obsolete ontologies

We can add this in a structured way, or simply have some text in the frontmatter, e.g.

"This ontology has been deprecated see [gh issue URL] for discussion. We suggest you instead consider ontologies such as [OBI, ...]"
