Add summary counts to top of obofoundry.org #1405

In the new OBO Foundry manuscript we have this summary sentence: "Overall, we found that out of 201 ontologies, 145 were under current active development, 5 were in use but not being actively developed, 45 were obsoleted, and for 6, no contact person could be identified making them ‘orphaned’."

@bpeters42 suggested adding something like this to the top of the homepage, with code to keep it up to date.

If there's a way to add that and keep it automatically updated, I think that would be fantastic!

It will take 1 minute to add that stuff to the dashboard analysis page! Just so you know.
