Always use PURLs for metadata artefacts on the OBO site #2308

The dropdown on the front page

has links to raw github URLs. We should never promote these links.

Further on in the page we have:

Download table as: [ YAML | JSON-LD | RDF/Turtle ]

which has better URLs

However we should be using PURLs for these, e.g. http://purl.obolibrary.org/meta/ontologies.jsonld

Also it seems we are lacking a link for the JSONLD context:

http://purl.obolibrary.org/meta/obo_context.jsonld
