Add data of review as a field to ontology metadata #106

A new field needs to be added to the ontology metadata file for data of most 
recent review. Also, if possible, this field should display on the OBO Foundry 
web page, with a link to the review.

Note that the title should say DATE of review, not data. I cannot change it now.

Assigning to Chris, he wrote the script that generates the OBO page and I'm not 
sure how that works.
Chris, maybe we can have a quick call with others who are around and you could 
explain while you do the update?
