PR is already registers for PRO but the PURLs have not been set up. This needs 
to be done.

The wiki has been removed, and changed to Confluence. The new URL for the page 
above is https://pir17.georgetown.edu/confluence/display/PROWIKI/PRO+URI+policy 
and the URL for the main page is 
https://pir17.georgetown.edu/confluence/display/PROWIKI/Home

Currently the "home" for PRO, http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/pr, redirects to 
http://www.berkeleybop.org/ontologies/pr/, which is just a directory of the PR 
files. 
Also, the entry for wiki on the obofoundry website, 
http://obofoundry.org/cgi-bin/detail.cgi?id=protein, hasn't been updated and 
doesn't resolve atm.

Finally ( and with reference to 
https://code.google.com/p/obo-foundry-operations-committee/issues/detail?id=127,
 there are files that are called "pro", such as pro.obo 
(ftp://ftp.pir.georgetown.edu/databases/ontology/pro_obo/pro.obo)

Do you want to update everything to use "pr" instead of "pro", and would you 
like me to update the obofoundry website?

The home for PRO should redirect to http://proconsortium.org

An email about that obofoundry page dead link was already submitted this 
morning, so I imagine it'll be updated at some point soon. If you are able to 
do so, that would be great and much appreciated!

We actually distribute files using the name of the ontology, so pro.obo is 
correct. I believe I requested that a purl for both pr and pro be created, but 
I don't recall the outcome.

FYI links at 
https://pir17.georgetown.edu/confluence/display/PROWIKI/PRO+URI+policy don't 
resolve: they all miss one "r" in "obolibrary".
I didn't see the email about the dead link - let me know if someone takes care 
of it or not.

TODO: check in few days that all links/PURLs/website are up-to-date.

The non-resolving links have been fixed.

The dead link to the PRO wiki page from 
http://www.obofoundry.org/cgi-bin/detail.cgi?id=protein has not been 
fixed. The email I mentioned was sent to obo-admin@obofoundry.org on 
2014-02-06.

I just did the update: updated PRO home and PRO wiki address in ontologies.txt

I am not on obo-admin, so cc'ing Chris to keep him in the loop.
