Dear OBO committee,

My name is Sirarat Sarntivijai and I have been assigned as a representative for 
the Cell Line Ontology (CLO) group initiated by the National Center for 
Integrative Biomedical Informatics (NCIBI). CLO has been undergoing a 
collaborative development to build the Cell Line Ontology Consortium with the 
Corriell Cell Line Ontology group at the European Bioinformatics Institute, the 
Bioassay Ontology at the University of Miami, and the Riken Cell Bank at Riken 
Institute in Japan. More importantly, we have been working with other 
participating OBO ontologies to ontologically align and connect among other 
related OBO foundry member ontologies which include the Ontology for Biomedical 
Investigation (OBI), the Cell Type Ontology (CL), and Eagle-i Reagent Ontology 
(ReO). Please see the attached message of the meeting minute for your 
information.

As we continue to make this effort of value to the community, I would like to 
take this opportunity to join the OBO foundry and reserve the name space for 
"The Cell Line Ontology" with abbreviation of "CLO".

Hi Sirarat,

The clo.owl PURL has been created, and I added Allen as maintainer of the 
domain.
This should allow him to do the partial redirect once the domain is approved.
