Namespace request for OBCS for Ontology of Biological and Clinical Statistics #130

I would like to request the namespace OGG. Here is the required information:

- requested prefix: OBCS
- ontology title: Ontology of Biological and Clinical Statistics
- ontology of development version download link:

Proposed resolution: Jie will discuss with Philippe the possibility to have a 
common prefix and ID ranges, thus allowing individual publications, possibly 
using OBI as common prefix for now as suggested James

added metadata in ontologies.txt (under obo-registry, copied under CVS)
added tracker info in trackers.txt (under CVS)
