end of April 2014.

Ramona, do you remember exactly what that short paper was about exactly? I 
remember that we wanted to provide a general update.

Double oops :) Looks like we didn't take any notes on it either.

I think the main goal was to focus on what was done now, so that we didn't get 
held up waiting for things to be finished.

I would suggest we focus on what we have done in the past year: formation of 
operations committee, organization/procedures for namespace and PURL requests, 
reviews, new definitions of Foundry Status, annual outreach meetings (which 
have been well attended).
