DO not being updated at the OBO foundry or with OBO diffs #156

Good Morning,
    the HumanDO.obo file, which is found in the DO SVN directory,
is not being updated in the OBO Foundry site since: 2014-09-18

http://www.berkeleybop.org/ontologies/doid.obo

nor is the diid.owl file
http://www.berkeleybop.org/ontologies/doid.owl

  This file is produced through Berkeley bop.

  Can you please let me know if there is something I can do to 
help with this ?

Working With Lynn to resolve

The output from the central build is here:
http://build.berkeleybop.org/job/simple-build-obo-all/

it seems the build is confounded by the lack of an ontology: tag (I had though 
this was placed automatically but apparently not). Lynn will add this tag.

This is all temporary. Like many groups, DO is moving to an OWL editors 
version, I am helping Lynn with this separately. They will produce their 
releases separately, removing reliance on the central build.
