Request for Namespaces MOP and RXNO #157

MOP, the Molecular Process ontology, is, if you like, to occurrents what ChEBI
is to continuants. It is intended as a reference ontology and is based largely
on the IUPAC Gold Book and ChEBI.

RXNO, the Name Reaction Ontology, on the other hand is an application ontology
drawing upon MOP and OBI to describe synthetic processes in the laboratory that
are classified by chemists according to what happens at the molecular
granularity.

Requested prefix: MOP
Ontology title: Molecular Process Ontology

Download link (OWL):

Blurb: MOP, the molecular process ontology, describes processes at the
molecular level.

Requested prefix: RXNO
Ontology title: Name Reaction Ontology
Download link (OBO): http://rxno.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/rxno.obo
Download link (OWL): http://rxno.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/rxno.owl

PURL account name: batchelorc
Ontology home page: https://code.google.com/p/rxno/
Tracker: https://code.google.com/p/rxno/issues/list
Blurb: RXNO, the name reaction ontology, connects organic name reactions such
as the Diels-Alder cyclization and the Cannizzaro reaction to their roles in an
organic synthesis and to processes in MOP.

Best wishes,
Colin.
