Discuss how best to deal with Philippe's request re Susanna's role #159

(I think the Outreach group is the most suitable one here.)

Philippe says: "Thank you for the message. We would still be interested in this 
owing to the current involvement with publishers and an IMI project (eTRIKS).

However, it is essential that the OBO Foundry defines more clearly the remit of 
such function (promotion of OBO foundry resources to industry partners, seeking 
funds and financial support,...) and clarify how the foundry would prioritize 
efforts if confronted with requests from industry (assuming they have made a 
financial contribution)."

Richard will invite Susanna to the next Outreach call in December, so we can 
discuss what OBO Foundry has been doing and how she might like to contribute to 
outreach to industry.

Update from Susanna and Philippe: "To be clear, I would suggest that Philippe 
and I share this role, as he has direct involvement with pharmas (via his role 
in eTRIKS) on ontologies, and I can help with links to publishers."
